Question about "triphasic pattern"? (Chart picture included)? - triphasic chart pictures

I have the picture of a friend of fertility. My letter was on the site, shows a phase of "pattern" (higher temperatures) seconds after ovulation. But he also said that on CD 9 or 10, ovulate, when ovulation is usually on CD 14-16.

My question is, can the software be wrong, maybe I ovulate in the "second" changes in temperature? Opinions seriously grateful, thank you!
